Lease to purchase
Love to hear thoughts from the bp community on lease to purchase options. The house is worth 425k and we owe 280k on the house. We have interest from someone at 425k but they are wondering if we'd be open to a lease to purchase. How would this work? What are the pitfalls? Thanks all!
