Hi Bigger Pockets,

I am a new real estate investor in Houston, looking to take the plunge into the condo market, for cash flow.  I would be interested to hear back concerning the condo market in general, best areas and sources to search, and red flags to consider in due diligence.  Thanks very much!  DM
