Dont worry, in no time you will be flooded with referrals on who and where to buy.
Most important is to make sure your with a legit reputable company and the same goes for the property management. Usually these two go together. You will find out that everyone's market will be better then the others for one reason or another.
You should start doing your homework on the markets and companies. Try to form your own opinion first, then start asking around.
