Does anyone have any experience with the $100 down foreclosure homes on HUD? Looking to use them as investment so I'm sure there is probably a catch if it will not be a primary residence. Any info is appreciated!

The $100 down HUD program is a program for selected targeted areas for owner occupants only. No program exists for non-owner occupants.
