Virtual Wholesaling in Flordia

My team and I are looking to start virtual wholesale in Florida. For people who are already in the Florida market, can you give me some advice on what areas are working? Once I have the mailing dropped I am looking for some good JV partners!! Everyone's advice is greatly appreciated!!
