What type of profit margins on your wholesale deals are you working with?
It seams to me that the margins are getting smaller for wholesalers here in Las Vegas. Specially when trying to sell the deal to another investor who want to fix & flip.
Do you lower your margins to move them faster or stick with to make a bigger profit?
