Indianapolis apt investing
So I recently started with a mentor and he's telling me to look outside of my county here in NY (Yonkers) specifically and try to find something in a tertiary market that I could add value too. So I'm honing in on Indianapolis. If there is anyone out there in BP land that could tell me what's areas to stay away from or just any guidance on Indianapolis as a whole it would be greatly appreciated..
