Hi BP family,

I need some advice, I am a newbie, and I am excited. A client of mines which is not related to the investment world called me today and told me he is looking to buy a house in Brooklyn or Queens NY. What do I do, I do not have a house to sell him, and i am so excited any seasoned investors out there to grant me the advice I need to do my first deal.
