Looking to invest in Atlanta GA

Hi, I'm an investor originally from Chicago and I'm looking to purchase property or partner on property in a southern city, yup, I'm another northener looking for a reason to come to a warm location here and there. I have heard so many great things about Atlanta. I currently have property in the Chicago, DC, and Quad Cities metro area. I would like to fly down and meet with an investor or two to jest exchange information or possibly talk about a partnership or JV. I would like to fly down in the next few weeks.
