Puerto Rico Investing
I do some investing for some money guys, and they are looking to get into PR. They already setup some shop in order to save on taxes, but they haven't dug into real estate as of yet.
I am heading down there next week and looking to connect with some people while there.
Also, any insight in PR is appreciated.

Hi Mark - I have a triplex on Vieques on the Beach side of Bravos de Boston and the Vieques Garden District. The property comprises a main house and two one-bedroom guest houses surrounded by gardens. When I acquired the property ~5 years ago I had trouble finding a lender due to some title complications. I was able to secure owner-financing, and have since addressed the title issue.
I go down several times a year, and have other family based on the East Coast that use the property. I've also had great luck with rentals. You can walk to the beach from the property, and it has ocean views.
