Lead on land in North Houston

Good Afternoon BP members! 

I've got what appears to be a great lead on some land in North Houston, in particular, The Woodlands. Looking to wholesale this land and property that sits on the land, but I'm not sure where to start. 

Anyone have experience with land in Houston and would like to JV on this one? Please let me know!
