hey I've been going back and forth on which site is the best and offers the most comprehensive info possible. I'm hoping someone here would be able to clarify the real difference between the two. the type of info and list I'm trying to comprise is homes that are delinquent on taxes or any other type of liens and just look up overall extensive property history. PLEASE HELP ASAP
