House Hacking in Baltimore

Hello BP!

This is my first discussion! No more lurking haha...

I am looking for advice for house hacking in Baltimore city. I have identified areas where I could make this happen but wanted to get input from investors in the area.

The areas I have identified are 21230 (Pigtown), 21218 (Near Morgan State) and 21231 (Upper Fellis Point).

 I live in DC currently and would be more than offer coffee to anyone with house hacking experience in Baltimore who would hear my story.
