Hey everyone, I search the MLS daily and run comps and rental analysis for NWI, for now mostly Lake Co. and Porter Co. I can send anyone a link to the spreadsheet with my numbers if they're interested. Just starting this process, but I'm hoping it can be a great tool for my investor clients and friends.
