Question/Intro

Hi everyone I'm Troy a college junior who is looking to learn a lot about flipping houses and properties in general.

I was just wondering what are a few ways and techniques I could use to get started soon with little to no capital? I would like to flip a house or two during my summer break. I am going to be interning with a local realtor. I know I don't need my license but I want the experience and I've already committed to it.
