203k Streamline Recommendation
Hello BP!
Does anyone have any solid 203k streamline lenders that they would recommend? I have my eyes on a good starter single family home in a great area but has a roofing issue. I do want to turn this into my first rental after a year and then move on to buying another. The lenders I've come across doesn't seem to know much about the loan I want to utilize. I want to be able to take the next step and see if I can obtain this property. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated!
