Seller wants many bids

I am in a competitive market and many times I am not the first person people call and if I am they will want other offers after me. I got a call yesterday on a probate house and the seller was upfront and said, they had a couple of investors coming out and wanted me to come out and make an all cash bid. There are 3 siblings with their hand out for their share of the money so it would have to be a all cash deal. I tried to build some good will with the seller over the phone, but he was not interested. My biggest focus has been buying houses thru creative financing for long term cash flow. Even though I don't consider myself a whole seller I have done some whole sell deals since I have been in the area. Some money is better than no money was my thought. The property is almost 1hour one way. I despise bidding against others on an all cash bid. How should I handle calls like this in the future?
