Need advice on a multi family building
Hi!
I have a opportunity to buy a 16 unit apartment building. The taxes are roughly $6,500/year. Only four units are vacant currently.
I can get the property for $350,000.
I have a local private lender that would lend the full amount with 5% interest.
Am I getting a good deal?
What other requirements would I need set up?
