@Dell Schlabach thanks for the reply.  Not sure what I would do with becoming a broker, perhaps getting access to MLS, being able to list others properties for sale.

What does MLS cost? Do you wholesale at all? Could access to MLS be useful for wholesaling?

Depends on the objective, what are you trying to accomplish.

If you want to buy 1 rental property a year. No

If you want to buy 10 rentals a year, or be a full time flipper and you are planning in buying properties off the mls like we do then YES Definitely
