Idaho Blue Agency Disclosure Brochure
I figured I would bring this up, due to the fact that I've had a few individuals shy away when I present this recently. Idaho law requires that an Agency Disclosure Brochure is signed and dated upon "first substantial business contact" when working with a realtor. your signature on this form holds you to no legally binding agreement, all it says is that a licensee gave you a copy of the brochure. hopefully this takes a little stress of someone's shoulders who is considering buying or selling real estate in Idaho.
