First Client I need serious help

So, I have my first client ever!! How exciting! I'm in the process of short selling a house & when I say process I really mean I have one prospect. So, I go to the house to take pictures to show the property (I literally just got the property yesterday) I took pictures of the whole house but I don't feel that the pictures really grasp the house itself like the actual size of the house. My problem here is that I told him he will have the pictures before the night is over. So my question is, Do I send him the pictures I have & then go for the appointment for him to see the house in person?

Congratulations! I'd say your best bet is always to stick to your commitments. If you promised pictures tonight, I'd do everything you can to send them - even if they're not perfect. Explain that they don't do the size of the house justice, and add some extra description to help him visualize. Then push for a time to walk through it together.

Good luck!
