Hi,

Is anybody familiar with Ahoskie,NC or Robbins,NC. Are investors buying properties out in this area. It appears to be a extreme dormant location, and not to high on real estate transactions. Somebody from the BP family please let me know if you have any expertise on these locations, as I may have opprtuinuties there better suited for someone knowledgeable of those markets

Thanks in Advance,

AJ

I am maybe 20-30 minutes from Robbins and my sister in law lives there. To my knowledge there is no active growth in the area. Most of its residents are there because they have family in the area and they don't mind commuting to Pinehurst/Southern Pines for work. Maybe someone else has better knowledge of the area but I don't think of Robbins when considering investment markets in my area.
