100k home for 15k
ok so i was on creigslist going through my daily serches. I found a guy selling his home For 25k i offered 15 cash he is interested it needs around 30k repairs. After repair value is about 106k now i only have 5k cash i was going to put the rest on credit and just hold it pay the taxes till i have the money to repair it should be long im just in a wierd location. Im in the military at the moment is there anything i should be worryed about or did i generally find somthing that mite be a deal. First one if i did.. this is in the ghetto my great gramps used to live in a area like this. So im not to scared with the area i take not that i will always have fear due to my generalised anxiaty disorder. How should i meet this guy what should i do to get this deal going and what should i make sure i have in my hands before i fork over the cash
