Flips and run-down properties wanted in Ontario

Hi All,

I am closing a four-plex this month that I recently flipped and it has freed up some capital. I am looking for more projects in Ontario - Hamilton, Kingston, Kitchener, Waterloo or any other strong markets now more then several hours from the GTA. I am a civil Engineer with a Masters Degree in Project Management therefore I have the capabilities to manage the project but I am more then willing to bring on partners who will also inject capital.

Any properties or similar investors out there?
