Analyzing asking and buying prices
Hello BiggerPockets Family,
I've been studying real estate for quite some time now, I'm 18 and come from a poor family so don't have a lot of funds available at the moment, but that's not stopping me from learning! I'm trying to develop a system that has a more accurate projection of comps that shows the asking price and the actual sold price. I can find selling data from mls/kijiji/calling for sale by home owner but I would like to know where to get accurate data on the actual selling price of the home. All answers are appreciated, Thanks!
