Anyone tried this company for funds...
I got this ad on my facebook "funds for flipping (fundingforflipping)" says its cheaper than using hard money. I got in contact with one of them and was told everything depends on your credit and you can get anywhere between 50-250k with 0% for either 12 or 18months. My guess is their interest rates are high after that but wanted to see if anyone has tried or heard of them.
