My first property (Nebraska)
I am looking for someone who doesn't mind answering a few questions for my first property deal. I am pretty knowledgeable about managing. I have been a management intern for 6 months. I have roughly 30k to buy my first deal within the next few months (is my goal). I have some simple questions and I need a mentor/go to for some of the topics that are normally not covered in youtube podcasts or blogs.
Such as:
How to find the right agent, finding the right neighborhood etc..
