Dialing in my first deal
Working on a deal. Land value is 22k, two absolutely decrepit trailer homes on it. Total assessment including the trailers is 75k. Junker vehicles onsite as well.
Arrearage is about 5k.
Owners are divorcing, they want nothing to do with this place.
