Title Company Recommendation in Ft Wayne, IN?

Question

Anyone have a title company they like in Fort Wayne, IN?

I've been using the same place that my listing agent uses to close flips that sell in MLS to close my cash deals with private sellers.. they aren't doing a bad job but I have a feeling that someone else may be better aligned to what I'm doing.

Really liking the unanimous voting for Metropolitan, and also really liking that their SW branch is a couple miles from me. Just got one under contract today, I'll give them a try. (It's SWAC schools, anyone looking for a flip?)

Thanks again all... now who's ready to drop a GC name or two? Lol.. I have multiple projects going on and the guy I'm using does great work but doesn't have the manpower to keep up.

Agree w/ @Jeremy Tillotson.  I'm sure there are several out there that could swing it, but I have had great luck with Metropolitan, especially when it comes to doing creative things that the others get confused by (Seller financing, Land Contracts, etc...)
