Buying a multi-unit property for the first time.
I've been spending a lot of time on BP and it's really motivational to read everyone's fails, successes, and in betweens. What I really want to do is invest in multi-unit properties, but since I'm very new to REI and have limited resources, I wanted to see if I can do my first purchase with a partner or partners? Any comments would be great!
