Having a little trouble finding many multi family deals on mls or Internet.  Any insider trick or source?

No, it's very hard work. Start with smaller stuff and work your way up to multifamily. There's a commercial realty service called CoStar which has some deals come across it, you can view parts of it for free on loopnet.com - don't expect to find any steals there.
