Getting started in flipping houses
Hi all
Im on my way to get my real estate license, my goal is to master flipping houses and to have a powerful team in the field. I have no experience and little cash, I would like to get advice /successful stories on how to get started. I'm not into being a typical selling/buying agent, i want to specialize in flipping houses using other people's money. Please advise
