Problem Solvers Wanted!!

I have often heard Josh and Brandon refer to real estate investors as "problem solvers".  This is a unique and optimistic way to look at our industry. I would really like to hear some stories of problematic scenarios that you may have solved as an investor. Please share but keep private information sensitive. Let's spread some smiles!

I guess that doesn't say why it's problem solving. When I took ownership there was lots of personal belongings and no person. Eventually I  had to get rid of stuff to start Renovations. Crack house.  Where to begin, first whose stuff. Oh **** he is in jail. Now what?  Haha it was stressful for my first place.  But it all worked out
