Investing in lower class areas?
Hey guys!
Wanted to ask the community's opinions on investing in bad, lower class areas?
The property in question is in a rather shady area in South Africa, so I believe crime would be an issue. I am also worried about tenants not paying rent etc?
Do any of you have experience in this type of residential investment?
