Vacant Houses
Hey Gang,
I am very new to REI but am closing on my 1st rental property at the end of this month.
I have financing in place now and am looking for my 1st flip. I know this is a great place to get some guidance.
I went driving for dollars over the weekend and have a list of 23 vacant houses that look like flip candidates. I have 2 questions.....
1 - what is the best, fastest way to find the owners of these vacant homes?
2 - does anyone have a letter template that has worked in the past for these type of homes?
I do appreciate any and all advice.
