203k loan in suburban IL - intro

Hi all,

New to BP and working on a 203k loan (full, not streamline). About to close it out. We have done other rehab projects before but this is the first one that is on a bigger scale, and our first 203k. Learning lots and starting to look for our next property. We do mostly fix and hold, or commercial/NNN. Looking forward to connecting with others.
