100K What to do with it?
In a year's time I will have a duplex paid off and have access to 100K. I have 5 mortgages and found a lender that will go up to 10 mortgages, only catch is they will require 25% down. I could buy 3 duplexes. However, I'd like to deal with a higher class of renter that might be more responsible i.e. pay on time and take care of the property. What other options might I have? Thanks for any input.
