Moving to Bolling AFB
Greetings,
My family and I are moving back to the states and got assigned to Bolling-Anacostia. We are looking in the Fairfax, Springfield, and Alexandria areas. We have been pre-approved for 500k and looking to buy and hold until the next assignment (3 years down the road). Upon our departure from Bolling, we will keep it as a rental. Any thoughts ideas would be greatly appreciated as to which of those areas could potentially be better for rentals?
