I was wondering how long does it take to sale a RE house in general how fast can it be sold in the DMV area week month days can someone explain please.

Anderson Lioyn As Patrick mentioned, real estate is very local. Days on Market (DOM) varies not only by city, and neighborhood, but sometimes even as specific as by street or lot type.
