With warranty deed - need owner's title policy?

I'm buying a group of properties from a bank who recently foreclosed on a group of homes in Tennessee. They are providing a warranty deed on the properties. I'm paying an average of about $25,000 for each property. Do I need to get owner's title insurance on each of the houses?
