Buy to Rent Apartments
I am looking at purchasing my second property, am interested in buy to rent apartments, using mortgage finance from my bank, with 10% deposit down. I am looking in neighbourhoods that border Sandton, Johannesburg - so Kelvin, Rivonia, Sunninghill, Randburg. I am starting to do analysis on deals as recommended in the podcasts so I can learn what a good deal looks like. Are the other sources of financing besides banks that I should be considering?
