Hello Everyone!

We are looking to purchase rentals (buy and hold) in Philadelphia suburbs. Anyone have thoughts on Drexel Hill? Crime looks ok and some job growth but I noticed that the population has declined since 2000. Is this a dying area? Turning around?

Melissa Nevich , the comps and neighborhood could vary by a block or two so be careful in the area if you are not familiar with it.
