San Diego Vacant Lots

I work for a wholesale real estate firm in San Diego. We recently found 5 lots in OB that are 25 x 125 total 3,125 sq ft. The lots are located on a steep hill, and whatever you build on them would have a La Jolla view. We would sell each lot to our investors around 575-600k. Does this sound like a deal to you guys?

@Manolo D. In zones where these lot sizes are popular, the side yard setbacks are only 3 ft, so you get a 19 ft wide home.  Not ideal but they work.  People call them "tall and narrows" or something like that.  No way will the city give you a discount but if you can use the same or similar design on each lot there is savings there from the architect/engineer.
