Orlando and Daytona flip

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to get an input of how everyone is doing flipping homes in the Orlando/ Daytona area.

I have tried finding deals through MLS and it seems like there aren't deals anymore as prices are too close to market value with hardly any room for profit. I have also received listings from wholesalers who have outrageous claims on ARV's . I am at my wit's end on how to get something going!

any suggestions ? yes, i am going to join the CFRI but still there has to be more than that?

thank you for your inputs!

    Heya Nick!

I'm right there with ya. Orlando is on the climb right now and quite peaking prices wise. At some point it will stabilize, but I advise against investing locally unless it's an off-market steal.

I would consider investing out of state. I started doing it since the Orlando market started climbing back up so aggressively.

    Best of luck!
