Lease Option
Looking for a list of qualifying questions when selecting a potential buyer on a lease option. Do you have them provide a letter from lender that they will qualify for mortgage in 12 months.What other qualifying questions should one ask.
I think nowadays it's hard to trust if they are telling the truth or are you getting caught up in their lies. I also need a good company for a background check.
