Sending mailers to non-absentee owners
I have been driving for dollars and have a list of properties that I want to send mailers to. My question is this: is it worth sending the letter to the owners who live in the property I am interested in? I'm targeting properties in poor condition, but I'm assuming that I will see a worse response rate with owner-occupiers than absentee owners.
