Buying an auction house with cash, typical closing cost
trying to finalize some numbers on a property I am bidding on. Just a quick question on closing cost. We are going to pay cash for the property and wanted to know what the typical closing cost should be. Do we have to get insurance for the whole year and pay for taxes as well? or is it just attorneys fees and title insurance?
