Tenured

I am wondering what way I can do a home purchase if my job tenured is not long. I am not concerned about credit, but I do not have large down payment either. Please advise on some options. Thank you so much!!!

The forum does not alert me if a response is given and it's sometimes hard to get back to question. Thanks,
