Stay a wholesaler? Or get licensed
I currently wholesale but over the past few months I was told to get licensed as a realtor. Is there anyway I can be both a wholesaler and realtor? Are there any complications I may face trying to do both? An if you were in my shoes as a wholesaler what would you do?

@Chad K. suggest and you put your dues in when you get to about year 10 this business is SO GOOD... its all referral based at that point. and if your in a market were average sales prices are in the 250 to 300k range its money !! and in all market scenrios. But like anything is hard work getting there and you need some sales skills and big time work ethic.. starting in RE is 7 days a week unless you get on the commercial side the its only 6
