Hey are there any people investing in the Baltimore,MD area? Is this area a good place to invest also what strategy's are being used in this area? Just curious how good of an investment Baltimore is?

@Jeevon Jones Jr Yes there are a ton of investors in the Baltimore area and a lot of them here on BP.  Just about every strategy is being used here.

Just like most places, whether Baltimore is a good investment depends as much as the particular deal you are talking about, as does the fact it is in Baltimore. Yes I think it is a good place to invest. There are a lot of good deals here. There are bad deals here too.
